During these sessions we will verify your bottleneck, explore and plan options that are a fit for you and how you run your business, and create a personalized tracking dashboard to monitor progress. Instead of trying to figure it out on your own, you get to leverage an expert business coach who has helped others overcome similar challenges.

Depending on your unique bottleneck and personalized plan, additional resources from Vicki's vault of tools and trainings will be shared with you. Normally you would only have access to these as part of an annual coaching package.

Each coaching session lasts about 50-60 minutes.
One of the first things we will do is to clarify your bottleneck and determine which one (if more than one) is the top priority.
Typically 90 days of following your personalized plan will yield results and you will likely begin to see improvement sooner. As with all things, the results you see are impacted by the consistent actions you take toward addressing your bottleneck.
